Team
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
We not only love what we do, we also love who we work with. At The Bridge, it is our mission to create and hold a safe space for all our clients to come in, work out, and learn something new about their body and how it can function more optimally. All of our instructors bring their own special magic to their classes. We highly recommend you take each class to get the full experience and benefit from their years of experience teaching the Pilates Method.
